In Word Study, we will practise reading and writing high frequency words. We have grouped these words by sound, to make it easier for the students to practise stretching them out.

Go to the /a/ tab (under Word Study) to practise reading the words with the powerpoint slideshow. When your child is more confident, turn the sound down so they can practise independently. When they are reading the words well, then they can practise writing them.
