Balancing!
This week I am asking everyone to spend some time practising their balancing skills. Your balance is very important to all sports and games that we do in PE classes.
I have included some ways you could use some objects from around your home to help your practise your balancing skills in my video. Feel free to use any other objects/items you find around your house that you think would be appropriate!

When you go on family walks or rides, try and look for any opportunities to challenge your balancing skills! This could be as simple as walking or riding along a painted line or balancing on something raised off the ground.
